Child & Adolescent IOP
When weekly therapy isn’t quite enough, this is the next step, extra support a few afternoons a week, so your teen can keep going to school and stay in the rhythm of their life.
What Does This Actually Look Like?
What Does the Week Look Like?
About 3 afternoons a week, 3 hours at a time, built around the school day.
What Will They Work On?
Handling big feelings, navigating friendships, and taking school stress down a notch.
What About Medication?
If medication might help, our psychiatric team is part of the same care team, so evaluations, prescriptions, and check-ins happen right alongside therapy, nothing for you to coordinate.
Real Skills for Your Teen and a Team in Your Corner
Your teen keeps going to school. They keep their friends, their activities, their normal-ish life. And a few afternoons a week, they get focused support, group, one-on-one time, and you in the loop, that adds up to real change.

Care Built for the Age
Your Child Actually Is
Ages 9–12
Children's Track
For younger kids who need more than a weekly session but still need to be a kid. Groups are smaller, more play-based and skill-focused, with lots of family involvement so what they’re learning here actually lands at home and at school.
Ages 13–17
Teen Track
For teens balancing school, friendships, and everything that comes with being 13–17. A few afternoons a week of real support, built around the school day so life doesn’t have to stop for treatment to start.
