Depression
If everything feels heavier than it should, getting out of bed, returning a text, caring about anything, that’s not laziness or failure. It’s something we know how to help with.
What Does Depression Look
Like and How Do We Meet It?
What Can It Look Like?
- A low, flat feeling that won't shift no matter what you do
- Things you used to love just don't land anymore
- Bone-deep tired, even after sleeping, or sleeping way too much
- Eating more, eating less, weight moving without you choosing it
- Quietly canceling on people, even people you care about
How Do We Help?
Small, real-life steps you can actually take, backed up by CBT, group support, and medication, only if you want to explore it.
Where Does Care Live?
Care lives inside these programs:

Frequently Asked Questions
Don’t see what you’re looking for? Call us, we’d rather talk than have you guess.
How do I know if it's depression or just a rough stretch?
Persistent low mood, loss of interest, sleep or appetite changes, fatigue, or hopelessness lasting more than a couple of weeks is worth talking about. An intake call helps clarify what’s going on without committing to anything.
I can barely get out of bed, how is therapy supposed to help?
That’s exactly why structured programs like IOP and PHP exist. Showing up to a scheduled group gives you traction when motivation is gone, and behavioral activation work is built into care from day one.
Do I have to go on medication?
No. Therapy alone helps many people. For moderate to severe depression, medication can speed up progress, and our psychiatric team is available to consult if you want to explore it.
What if I'm having thoughts of self-harm?
Please tell us, we treat this with care, not alarm. If you’re in immediate danger, call or text 988. Otherwise, our intake team can help you find the right level of support quickly.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans and verify your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
