Vitalize Behavioral Health & Psychometrics was established in 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We provide mental health services to California residents. Vitalize Clinician’s mission is to provide others with the strength and energy they need to optimize their mental health and daily functioning. From helping people manage time, stress, and anxiety to helping people manage and maneuver obsessions, psychosis, and mood disorders.
Vitalize offers innovative online HIPAA compliant video-based services with the goal of making mental health services more convenient and accessible to all Californians. Our team works diligently to ensure our services meet your needs and budget. Service details are listed below:
PSYCHOTHERAPY
Secure, convenient, effective. We offer both HIPAA compliant video-based psychotherapy and In-person psychotherapy that is provided by CA Licensed Clinicians. We work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. The Vitalize team will pair you with the doctor that best meets your needs and goals. Vitalize provides empirically based treatments to target your mental health concerns.
ASSESSMENTS
We provide an array of assessments. We specialize in learning disability evaluations, cognitive assessments (IQ), and personality assessments. If you are struggling in the classroom or at work to focus, attend or manage your mood then Vitalize has the tools and clinicians to help you identify and treat your needs. Other assessments include: Gender Affirmation Letters, Emotional Support Animal necessity, Executive Brain Functioning, etc.
PSYCHOLEGAL EVALUATION
Vitalize Inc. has numerous expert legal evaluators that are capable and ready to handle your legal mental health needs. Qualified as expert witnesses in many California counties, Vitalize psychologist’s provide empirically based, research backed results. Vitalize psychologists will complete the entire court process including evaluation, testimony, and other necessary hearings to meet the legal mandates. Vitalize conducts Independent Medical Evaluations (IME), Court Competency Evaluations, Capacity Evaluations, and other Psycholegal Evaluations.

Our team can address your needs and provide you with stream-lined recommendations and guidance to help your enhance your workplace dynamics, culture, and efficiency.
