How We Work
CBT, DBT, and small-group therapy, solid methods, used by people who actually listen first.
Here's how we do it
Evidence-based, delivered by real humans
These are the methods behind the work, CBT, DBT, and small-group therapy. But none of them are a script. We treat you like a person, not a diagnosis, so your clinician blends what fits you instead of running you through a checklist.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT
A practical way to work with the thought loops that keep tripping you up, tools you can use this week, not theory.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT
Real skills for the moments that feel too big, when emotions hit hard or a conversation goes sideways.
Group Therapy
A small room of people who get it, guided by a clinician. It’s where a lot of the actual shift tends to happen.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
A little about how we actually work, day to day.
Will I have to do CBT or DBT specifically?
Your clinician picks methods that fit you. Most plans blend approaches rather than stick rigidly to one.
Is group therapy required?
Group is part of PHP and IOP because it’s where a lot of the change actually happens. We’ll prep you for it.
What if a method isn't working?
Tell us. We adjust. Therapy is a conversation, not a script.
Do you offer individual therapy too?
Individual sessions are built into our programs and can also be added alongside group care.
