Your Pathway to Mental Wellness Starts Here
At Vitalize, our mission is to transform lives through compassionate, personalized mental health care. We believe that each individual is unique, and so is their journey to wellness. Our dedicated team is committed to providing tailored care that respects and responds to the distinct needs of every person we serve. Through empathy, expertise, and innovation, we strive to empower our clients to achieve their highest potential and lead fulfilling lives. Because you are unique, and your care should be, too.
Our Approach
Our process involves collecting data through neuropsychological evaluations and assessments to understand each patient individually. We leverage this data along with our clinical expertise to carefully craft a personalized treatment plan. With this approach, we’re also able to monitor patient progress within a supportive environment, adapting if and when necessary.
We aim to understand each patient’s needs on a deeper level, including physical health, emotional balance, and unique circumstances, ensuring the treatment we provide aligns accordingly. For those navigating persistent symptoms and seeking answers, we’re committed to uncovering the root causes and how they relate to mental health versus just treating baseline symptoms.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit will include a comprehensive intake assessment with one of our licensed clinicians, typically lasting one to two hours. We’ll explore your mental health history, current challenges, and treatment goals. If you’re unsure where to start, we may provide questionnaires to better understand your needs. This helps us determine the most appropriate level of care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
How long are appointments?
- PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program): 6 hours per day, 5 days a week. Lunch is provided.
- IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program): 3 hours per day, 3–4 days a week.
- Outpatient services (individual therapy or psychiatry): Typically 45–60 minutes.
- Our team will review your clinical needs and recommend a schedule that fits your life.
How often will I need to come in?
Frequency depends on your treatment plan. Clients in PHP may attend 5 days per week, while IOP typically involves 3–4 days. For outpatient services, you may attend weekly or biweekly. Your schedule is tailored collaboratively with your care team to meet your goals.
Can I get a same-day appointment in case of an emergency?
While we strive to accommodate urgent needs, same-day appointments are not always available. Our intake coordinators will work with you to find the earliest possible time. If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services at 911 or call/text 988 for crisis support.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and keeps our care team running efficiently. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a fee.
What are your fees for services?
Fees vary depending on service type and level of care. We are in-network with many insurance providers and will bill your insurance directly. Out-of-pocket costs (e.g., deductibles, copays, or coinsurance) depend on your specific plan. Our intake team can review your benefits with you during the admission process.
Do you offer sliding scale or financial assistance?
Yes, we offer sliding scale fees and financial assistance on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to make high-quality care accessible. Please speak with our admin team to explore eligibility and payment options.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and cash. For those using insurance, any copays or coinsurance are typically due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements are made.
How do you keep my information confidential?
Your privacy and trust are important to us. We follow all HIPAA regulations and use a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record system to store your information. Only authorized staff directly involved in your care have access to your records. All team members are trained extensively in client confidentiality and data protection.
