Therapeutic Approach
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and family systems interventions to help children, adolescents, and their families navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. I place a strong emphasis on emotional regulation, and skill development, while also supporting caregivers in becoming effective allies in their child’s growth.
Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and structured environment where therapy is both goal-oriented and adaptive to individual needs. With experience in both clinical and forensic settings, I am attuned to complex presentations and committed to creating a space where safety, resilience, and healing can thrive.
